Centre Information

Opening hours

Our Centre is open 50 weeks of the year (excluding Public Holidays) from 7.00am -6.00pm.

We close for two weeks over the Christmas period.

Fees

Upon enrolment, you will be asked to sign an agreement to state that your fees will be paid either, weekly, fortnightly or monthly

Daily rate

Our current daily rate is $119 per day. However, if you are eligible for CCS (Child Care Subsidy) this will reduce your fees. 

Enrolment Fee

We have a yearly enrolment fee of $85. This includes a hat first year of enrolment and a T-Shirt second year. This will also provide your child with sunscreen, afternoon tea, Panadol and any other consumables throughout the year

Holding Fee

We also have a bond of $100 that is paid at enrolment. This gives security of your child's position. This can be rolled over to the following year or is refunded as long as fees are up to date. 

Our rooms

We have two indoor learning environments in our centre:

The “Koala Room” provides education and care for children aged between 2  and 3 ½ years of age.

The “Wombat Room” room provides education and care for children aged between 3 ½ years to 6 years of age.
The Wombat room also provides a school readiness program and transitions to school, throughout the whole year. 

Assessment and Rating

The National Quality Framework aims to raise quality and drive continuous improvement and consistency in education and care services. All services are required by law to be Assessed and Rated. Our Service’s Rating is currently: Meeting the National Quality Standard

Storypark

We are using the online platform, Story Park. Upon enrolment, you will receive an invitation via email. Once you have accepted, you will have full access to your child/ren's profiles which includes their learning stories, daily updates, planning notes, photos and direct communication with your child's educators any time throughout the day.

Food

Our Centre provides Afternoon tea which is a platter of fresh fruit, crackers, sultanas and rice cakes

Parents are to provide a healthy lunch box for Morning tea and Lunch as well as a water bottle. This is stored in the fridges within your child's room. 

 

We follow the "Good for Kids" http://www.goodforkids.nsw.gov.au/

guidelines and we ask that you supply food that is within the recommended guidelines. (information brochure is include in the parent pack)

Parking

At the moment our car park is for our educators only.

We found it is safer for arriving and departing children. 

 

There is plenty of street parking. We ask that parents and visitors please park along Collungra Street.
